Damage and issue handling
Building–operator partnership terms assign liability for vehicle damage to the operator, including when moving vehicles to the approved wash area after key collection or concierge handoff.
If a resident reports an issue, Lavo collects details, photos, booking information, and operator context so the issue can be reviewed clearly.
